I’m Gagan Sawhney, Founder & CEO of Your AI Manager and IPL Retail Group. My journey has been built on a strong foundation in business, finance, and operations, shaped by my academic background with a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration, and further enriched by a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice from Victoria University, Australia.
Over the years, I’ve combined my skills in operations management, finance, product development, IT, and R&D to build and scale businesses that solve real-world challenges. With IPL Retail Group, I created a successful wholesale and distribution business that helped retailers access quality products at competitive prices.
That experience opened my eyes to the daily struggles retailers face—complex compliance, repetitive manual tasks, and inefficient systems. To address these challenges, I founded Your AI Manager: a platform that uses artificial intelligence to simplify accounting, payroll, compliance, and operations for service stations, supermarkets, and convenience retailers.
